I love that I got some extra cash to spend here just from clothes I was going to get rid of anyway.... takes a while to process but well worth it! They make it so easy! They send you a large bag, full it up and drop it off! It IS that easy! LOVE IT!!!
Omg I love love love. Its like the thrift store/consignment shop but on your phone. So far I have zero complaints after three orders.
Or online store for that matter! Finding like new clothing for cheap? What more could you ask for?! The fact that you can send in clothes and get paid for new ones is the best!
I probably order way too much! It is so convenient and the clothes are great! So affordable and the quality ! The customer service very good!
Ive never sold with them yet but buying is fantastic! Ive had to return a few items but thats just because they didnt fit properly. Overall its awesome and always my go-to shop when I need something new for my wardrobe!
I absolutely love this company. Ive been completely satisfied with everything Ive ordered from thredup. I feel like the descriptions are spot on. The few times Ive contacted customer service, they responded in a very timely manner and had an immediate fix for me. On another note, the owner of the company sent me a handwritten Christmas card! So unheard of these days. I highly recommend this site to all my friends!

Some bad moments

I sent a bag to them , the credit was $2.00 . No where near what the bag was worth.
I was shocked to see the prices when I downloaded this app! Same clothing youll find at goodwill and all over eBay but at brand new prices. No thank you!
Sold to ThredUP and was very disappointed with my transaction with them. Will not be buying or selling from them again. Would not recommend selling to them.
Sent a whole kit in October...still have zero balance and have heard nothing now a full week into January. Seriously. I guess I just gave it all away. Hope they enjoy it.
i dislike this app i sent clothes in and never got any money back
As other reviewers have already mentioned, the payout is next to nothing. I will not send my clothes any more, since they now deduct a $9.99 s&h fee. Your payout could be so low that you actually owe them money! Thats insane. Additionally, they have not disclosed where they will donate the rejected clothes. For bags that are completely donation, the s&h fee is waived (well, tank you!), but no tax receipt will be mailed either. Buying is much better, although the descriptions are very basic and sometimes incorrect. Measurements seem totally random.
