I love that I got some extra cash to spend here just from clothes I was going to get rid of anyway.... takes a while to process but well worth it! They make it so easy! They send you a large bag, full it up and drop it off! It IS that easy! LOVE IT!!!

I absolutely love this company. Ive been completely satisfied with everything Ive ordered from thredup. I feel like the descriptions are spot on. The few times Ive contacted customer service, they responded in a very timely manner and had an immediate fix for me. On another note, the owner of the company sent me a handwritten Christmas card! So unheard of these days. I highly recommend this site to all my friends!

The clothes are exactly how they look on the app store. I really like the clothes I ordered. The clothes look brand new. I wish you could save clothes to a favorites list so you dont have have to keep in your cart. Also it would be nice to track your purchases. Overall i like this app.

Yeah, some things arent the size youd expect. But, this is a relatively new company and I expect theyll work out all the kinks eventually. I think a lot of effort and thought goes into the whole process in general.

I sent a bag to them , the credit was $2.00 . No where near what the bag was worth.

I use ThredUP everyday! They have thousands of beautiful things. Ive expanded my wardrobe for a fraction of the cost of retail. I dont know why youd shop anywhere else.

I just placed my first order yesterday and found some amazing items at great prices. Hopefully they meet the look and quality as advertised, if so then I would give it 5 stars. The site is easy to navigate and I browsed for 2 hours and site never crashed. If my order arrives without any issues then I will definitely shop on this app often.

I was shocked to see the prices when I downloaded this app! Same clothing youll find at goodwill and all over eBay but at brand new prices. No thank you!

I have a 36 inch inseam and can generally find clothes easily that fit in length--love that they put the length on each item... and of course.. seven they dont fit... super easy to return. Love love love

I genuinely love this app. Besides being SO fun, it feels great to not be so wasteful, and not be supporting fast fashion brands when buying clothes. Plus, its always being updated so youre bound to find something you like. I have made two orders already after only having the app for about a month. All the clothes fit perfectly, the shipping was super fast (rare when you live in AK), and the packaging is ADORABLE! I dont think Ive ever been more excited to receive a package. As far as how the app functions, I have no complaints! The only thing is that it takes things out of your cart automatically after a certain amount of time. Although, it makes sense because of how their business works. And you can find all the clothes taken out of your cart really easily in the "recently removed" section. Simple fix! Anyways, if youre considering purchasing this app, please do!! Even if youre just browsing, youll have a lot of fun!

I have been using this company for two years now. It is definitely better for buying than selling, but I have gotten some amazing deals and made a bit of cash back. It is the main source of major fashion updates for all the ladies in my house. ThredUP allows us to afford things we would not otherwise be able to, and gives us access to a remarkable variety of high-quality and unique items. Plus it is perfect for the basics. In terms of the app itself I would say the search functions could be a bit better. I have also had a few instances where the clothes were not quite as theyd been described, but their customer service is top notch so those were handled perfectly. I 100% recommend this app in this company.

Sold to ThredUP and was very disappointed with my transaction with them. Will not be buying or selling from them again. Would not recommend selling to them.

I love thredUP its truly amazing. I always find such cute clothes for my son and I. Now I can buy him trendy designer clothes guilt free. I dont fear him out growing his clothes anymore. Clothes are shipped quickly and in good condition.
